Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Hearing

Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held the the Whitingham Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) on TUESDAY, MAY 4, 2021 AT 7pm at the Whitingham Municipal Center, 2948 VT Route 100, Jacksonville for the purpose of hearing an application for a dimensional waiver per the Whitingham Zoning Regulations.  Application #W-8-21 is made by TWO LAKES, LLC at Lot 1 Tyanoga Road, parcel ID# 05-0266.  The public hearing will address a request for a wiater to allow a lake setback of 106'; the required lake setback is 125'.
